A Registered Nurse with a career spanning residential aged care, clinical leadership and quality improvement, Lusie has recently guided services through the implementation of the Strengthened Standards in Aged Care as an independent consultant.
Recently she has successfully executed many new aged care Provider applications, with professional mentoring and support associated with the Support at Home aged care requirements. She has also contextualised over 20 key aged care courses aligned with the Strengthened Standards and the Aged Care Act 2024 as a Subject Matter Expert for Aged Care for the NGO training centre.
